Есть особенность. Когда комп выключен или спит долго, эл ключи не подключаются, хотя хаб работает, другие флэшки открываются. Если вытащить и опять воткнуть сам хаб, то эл ключи подключаются. Пришлось в настройках применения хаба как устройства убрать галочку "экономное энергосбережение". И эл ключи стали подключаться без переподключения хаба в разъем
